H&M Hosting Terms of Service
New clients with H&M Hosting must agree to a minimum term of one year of service (365 days) upon sign up. Clients wishing to leave before this term is up will be subject to pay the remainder of the one year service immediately.
Late Payments: If a client does not pay on the specified due date, a late fee of $25 will be imposed after one week (7 days), and the website will be suspended until payment is made. If payment hasn’t been made by day 30, the website will be shut down indefinitely, and the remainder of the client’s term is due immediately.
